  • 1 small melon (such as cantaloupe or honeydew), dicedï‚·

  • 100g of chorizo, slicedï‚·

  • 1 cup of marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quarteredï‚·

  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oilï‚·

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juiceï‚·

Directions:
